Each player is permitted to hold exactly one 9aplay account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — will be merged or closed, and any bonuses obtained through multiple accounts will be voided. Your account is personal and non-transferable.
All bonuses and promotional credits issued by 9aplay are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The specific rollover multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 9aplay login credentials. 9aplay will never ask for your password via any channel. Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully. They constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 9aplay ("9aplay," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing the 9aplay website, creating an account, or using any service offered on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
2.1 Age Requirement. The 9aplay Platform is strictly available to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age restriction is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. 9aplay reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 9aplay makes no representation that the services are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
2.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual may register only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 9aplay reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void any winnings or bonuses associated with them.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
2.5 Account Verification (KYC). 9aplay may require you to complete identity verification procedures ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
3.1 Confidentiality of Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify 9aplay immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. 9aplay will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
3.3 9aplay Will Never Request Your Password. 9aplay support staff will never ask for your password, OTP, or full payment credentials through any communication channel, including live chat, SMS, email, or social media. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 9aplay immediately.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 9aplay accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 9aplay reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits for specific payment methods are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank. 9aplay reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Withdrawal to Same Method. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. 9aplay may require additional verification if a withdrawal is requested to a different payment method.
4.5 No Third-Party Payments. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from a third-party source may be confiscated and the Account suspended pending investigation.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 9aplay are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the promotion details. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds will remain in the Bonus Balance until the wagering requirement is fully met.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. 9aplay actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.
5.4 Expiry. Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Player's account without notice. 9aplay is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry.
5.5 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. 9aplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus before a modification will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of claiming.
6.1 Certified Random Number Generators. All electronic games on the 9aplay Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and certified for fairness. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real-time using physical equipment, streamed via secure video connection.
6.2 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 9aplay will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to the Player's account. 9aplay's decision on malfunction-related disputes is final.
6.3 Void Bets. 9aplay reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a software error, pricing error, or any other technical fault that resulted in odds or payouts that were materially different from what they should have been under normal operating conditions.
6.4 Sportsbook Rules. Sports betting markets are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, as published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, the official result as recognized by the relevant governing body shall be used.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9aplay Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
8.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming. 9aplay is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial or personal distress.
8.2 Self-Exclusion and Limits. Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and cooling-off periods directly from their Account dashboard. Players who wish to self-exclude from the Platform for an extended period may request a self-exclusion through the 9aplay support team. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours.
8.3 Age Verification. 9aplay takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. The Platform employs age verification procedures at registration and during KYC review. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and all funds returned to the payment source.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the 9aplay Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of 9aplay or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Limited License. 9aplay grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.
9.3 Restrictions. You may not use any 9aplay trademark, logo, or brand name without prior written consent from 9aplay. Unauthorized use of 9aplay intellectual property may result in legal action.
10.1 No Warranty. The 9aplay Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 9aplay makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
10.2 Service Interruptions. 9aplay does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 9aplay's control may result in temporary unavailability. 9aplay will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of service interruptions.
10.3 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 9aplay's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 9aplay account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. 9aplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 9aplay has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.1 Termination by Player. You may close your 9aplay Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
11.2 Termination by 9aplay. 9aplay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if you are found to have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, or if 9aplay is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account for cause, 9aplay reserves the right to forfeit any balance in your account, including Real Money Balance, if such balance was obtained through fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity. 9aplay will provide written notice of any forfeiture decision and the reasons therefor.
12.1 Right to Amend. 9aplay reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective upon posting of the updated Terms on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
12.2 Notice of Material Changes. For material changes to these Terms, 9aplay will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
12.3 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Internal Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute relating to your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact 9aplay customer support and allow a reasonable period of not less than thirty (30) days for 9aplay to resolve the dispute through its internal process before pursuing any other remedy.
13.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the Philippines for the resolution of such dispute.
